Due to you reconnecting with a separate account at the same IP, it still bans the new account even though it was unbanned. It'd be best to wait until the other account was unbanned and then unban you so you don't have to suffer an extra week.

It could be the only one removed, but personally I just don't like the whole voicefx command because of how annoying every one of the choices in the menu can be, especially when paired with MyPitch. The post that lead to the removal of VoiceFX is here.

It was disabled ages ago because people kept making cow noises that would in most cases be louder than the warden and would annoy a lot of people, especially seeing as when you started the voice line on mypitch 24 with Evil, it would not stop until you were dead or you started a new voice line.
