AFAIK mobile auth is not necessary when receiving stuff for free, so no. Likewise, there is also no trade hold when you receive stuff for free, that I know for sure.

Nobody runs heavy in 6s, and besides, I'd argue a scout has the advantage vs. a heavy in a comp 1v1. As for scout, you're better off just getting 1-2 meatshots rather than dicking around with a melee.

I definitely agree with you on MvM, but from a competitive standpoint, it's garbage. In 6s, there are 2 soldiers, and 1 demo, (bear in mind demo may as well be a double as well as demomen literally have 2 primaries) so dodging is pretty futile. Aside form MvM, it's not worth anyone's time...
