Yep, they do +100% Damage, but have -200% Max ammo, so you can't reload.

Don't matters if he needs to aim, it's a super accurate shoot, and it can instakill 5/9 classes, dodging is hard unless you're a scout or have ammo.

It can one-hit kill most classes, it needs a -34% damage penalty (So, it will deal 100 dmg instead of 150) or so, it would atleast let most classes survive two hits.
