The reason I listed it IP's is because the majority of BW servers I have seen are some form of crit or 10x and I wanted to be specific enough to avoid any confusion about the servers I go on. As for the Time zone... honestly I'm not sure, but if it helps I live in Salt Lake City UT USA.

Well it depends on the severity of the hack, and everyone deserves at least one second chance. Repeat hackers will receive a perma ban.
