I usually play on Black wonder Us Jailbreak, The servers i would like to moderate is Black wonder Us Jailbreak

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to become a moderator because I want to make a difference and help the community become safe and friendly so everyone can have fun playing jailbreak and any other BlackWonder servers. I would also like to become a moderator, so any other admins or moderators that are needed, but if they are busy doing something, I can be there to help. I can help that admin or moderator they call to get on TF2 to help the user fix the problem. This could be a fix or helpful to this community if I become a moderator for the community of BlackWonder. I would help the entire BlackWonder community to live on and become a fun, safe, and happy community where everyone could be welcomed and not feel different from anyone else. I would also help people that are getting bullied on Discord, the jailbreak server, or any other servers that are in the BlackWonder community. I would also help prevent racism towards everybody. I would make sure I can handle the problem that is happening towards two users or multiple users. If I am not able to handle the problem, I will try to ask another admin or moderator to help me fix and address the situation that is happening and make sure the issue won't happen again. If it happens again, I will know how to fix it myself instead of calling another admin or moderator to help me. I feel like if I become a moderator, I would be able to help the community make a difference, make the entire community safe for everyone to be in, and make sure people are able to have fun in the BlackWonder community so BlackWonder can live on and be a successful.

Hi bubblez,

You have come a long way since your last application. I really appreciate the in-depth reasoning for wanting to help our community as well as your effortful punishment ladder. None of this is to mention your improved demeanor and attitude more generally; it's clear that a lot of personal growth has happened since last time.

Unfortunately, there still remain deficiencies that must be addressed. Namely, your behavior towards JB goons. JB goons are designed to be annoying and to bait out angry reactions from people, which you constantly give them. This is not something we moderate on account of the fact that many of the reactions you have given them have been outside of the BLW ecosystem- which is why you have not been punished for them. It would not bode well for us though if we appointed someone who feeds these trolls as a staff member; getting mad is exactly what they want, and they'd be doubly pleased to see they got a staff member to get mad. Furthermore, a lot of the angry outbursts you have had towards JB goons have involved stooping to their lows. When you call them slurs back, it really taints parts of your application that I otherwise believed to be genuine, such as where you said "I would also help prevent racism towards everybody."

Whether this is a setback or a failure is entirely up to you. You can continue to put in the hard work it takes to grow and submit an application in the future, or you can continue to give the goons the rage reactions they want. In the case of the latter, it won't be while holding a staff position.
