Resolved Zombie Survival remove !rtd / rtd commands

The title is self-explanatory, thanks to Sir Monke for this discovery, recently it was found that the !rtd / rtd commands now work at full swing, meaning people can whip out !rtd to do a variety of special effects wether its offensive, defensive or its a joke, this needs to be removed quickly as this was never intended for Zombie Survival / Zombie Fortress as it destroys the whole game.
