Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to become a moderator for several reasons. Firstly, I aim to ensure that every person who joins the server has a positive and enjoyable experience. Additionally, I want to make sure that everyone follows the rules and that any violations are addressed promptly. I am also eager to learn more about the plugins, mapping, and coding used on the server, as this knowledge is relevant to my job in real life.
Moreover, I am applying for the moderator position to gain new skills and experiences. While I have moderated before, it was in a more casual, friend-oriented setting on other games. I am excited about the opportunity to learn what it takes to moderate a larger and more active server.

Stealing, Cross-Sniping, Team Killing, Delaying, Blocking:
First Offense: Issue a warning and advise the player to read the rules.
Second Offense: Smite the player and warn them again.
Continued Offense: Apply escalating bans as follows:
60 minutes (1 hour)
120 minutes (2 hours)
240 minutes (4 hours)
720 minutes (12 hours)
1440 minutes (24 hours, 1 day)
4320 minutes (72 hours, 3 days)

Identify the player using the spray.
Warn them and politely ask them to change it.

From my own experience, I see most cheaters get banned by the console. However, if I suspected someone of cheating or received a report about potential cheating, I would spectate their gameplay, specifically their FOV, and record their actions until I had sufficient evidence to confirm that they were indeed cheating.

I am aware that I have used offensive language in chat logs in the past. Although my intention was to joke, I understand that this behaviour is unacceptable. I sincerely apologize for my past actions. I am committed to changing my behaviour and ensuring it does not happen again, regardless of whether I am accepted as a moderator or not.
