I just thought it would be nice to help you guys out and to make the community more fun and safe.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
. Offensive Behaviour - Warning/kick -> 3 hours gag/mute -> 24 hours gag/mute -> 1 week ban
. Spam/Mic Spam - Warning -> kick -> 1 hour gag/mute -> 24 hours gag/mute
. Different language - Warning -> 1 hours gag/mute -> 24 hours gag/mute -> 2/4 days
. Immature voice - Warning -> 2 hours gag/mute -> 10 hours gag/mute -> 30min ban
. Offensive Spray/Nickname/Avatar - Warning/kick -> 3 hours ban -> 72 Hours ban
. hackeing - Warning -> kick -> perma ban
. Advertising hacks - Warning -> 8 hours gag/mute
. Calling out admins - Warning -> 24 hours gag/mute -> 1 week gag/mute -> 1 month gag/mute -> perma gag/mute
. Abusing !calladmin - Warning -> kick -> 24 hours ban
. Exploiting the map - Warning -> Kick -> 30 min ban -> 24h ban -> 1 week ban -> 1 month ban -> perma ban
