Hey! I am here today following my recent ban, and I want to explain my innocence and why I think the ban was unjustified. So let me begin, Robb said I was banned for "Triggerbot/Aimbot '' which I may not exactly know how it works, but I do know from videos I have watched it shoots automatically when my crosshair is over a target. Now during the Demo(I highly recommend you watch), there've been many times my cross hairs have been over people and I still have completely missed as i'm not perfect and will occasionally miss a shot by like a decade as I don’t have the best reaction time. Also during the demo you may also notice that I have been afk sometimes which is extremely suspicious, let me explain that as well. When I like playing TF2 I talk with a group of my friends, now I don't have a mic so I have to use text to talk to them using both steam, and discord which means I have to Alt+Tab or Shift+Tab each time and even go to check my phone notifications on steam because the in game gets bugged out once in a while. During the clip the admin Robb seemed suspicious about my sniper shots, now it is pretty easy to snipe a non moving or a target moving in a straight line, and i’m pretty sure we can all agree with that. Most of the players were extremely predictable for anyone with a decent amount of time to show for it plus the majority of my shots were body shots and they are easy to hit so they weren’t like insane no scoping body shots, I was zoomed in most of the time. I also want to mention why I was looking behind myself so much, so let me explain why I was. There was a spy disguised as my teammate soldier, he cloaked right in front of me. So I took my SMG and started spraying in hopes I get a crit marker so I can determine his location, but I couldn't manage to hit him. So knowing there was a spy behind me I kept looking behind me noticing an enemy scout and even spy checking my teammate soldier he was disguised as. There was also a spy who murdered my teammate sniper and started shooting at me. Now when I looked back I couldn’t see him so I just continued walking towards the Orange tower looking back and spy checking one of my medic teammates until I saw the spy get gunned down by another person. Now I am more than willing to answer any questions, and even do my best to provide evidence even though I really only have the demo, but please watch the demo first so you get where I am coming from. Also the demo makes every movement seem more twitchy than it was on my side, just keep that in mind. Anyways have a great day! Alright, I left this open for others to comment, and Ill leave it open another day. The fact that you acknowledge the slight snapping "twitchy" behavior is odd, and the fact that you initial reaction to being banned was just to make an alt.

Since the demo is 37k ticks long i think there are 2 tickmarks worth highlighting that i'd like to comment on.
There is this moment starting at 2500 where you try to snipe a medic that is running to the right, what i found interesting about this moment was that when you shoot at the medic he is already behind a wall, however, your shot makes a gunshot decal on the wall that is aligned with the medic.

The other moment is something that you acknowledged in this appeal and it starts at tick 33000 when you encounter the spy

In the demo you can see the spy is never disguised at all, he cloaked in front of you while out of disguise, i dont know if the reason you claim he was disguised was because your teammate happened to be behind you and you checked him. Your behaviour after that moment are just very odd and i find it difficult to believe it's just a coincidence, you don't really kept looking behind you, at first you walked towards his exact direction while shooting around, then you move towards the tower and right afterwards there are some moments where your crosshair, painfully i must admit, can't resist but to hover right where he is?

I have some reservations, but I treat my own bans as I would any other staff member's bans. The demo alone is not enough to support the ban, I will be removing it.
