Invalid xXpootisbirdXx Ban

My friend, xXpootisbirdXx on steam was banned for going in a enemy spawn on cp_orange_x3 but the enemy spawn was open. Borders can be enabled and he was just rocket jumping around and went in their spawn.

the server was a gamemode with credits to upgrade stats.

and you can't appeal for your friend, he has to do it himself.
