would exiting the prison (on the map were you can run out of the prison to a forest and then reds win the round) after loosing a freeday be considered freeday abuse?

If you had already lost the freeday then no, all that would be is rebelling. If however you still have the freeday meaning blues can't hurt you then yes it is abusing.
