Why would you like to become a moderator?
-I've decided to apply today.
-It was my dream to help on bigger server networks, especially in my favorite game
-I'm pretty good with people, unless they get on my nerves real bad.
-I used to be an admin in a bigger (discord) server, and I was told I was doing good.
-I started playing on blackwonder a few years ago on my old, hacked account, was about rank 50 back in the day.

Alright @Waffle. Here's the straight poop. You were advised to look at the guide and I do not believe you have. You have not told us how you would punish people. Also.... an interesting thing is that you have listed Discord management as your admin experience, yet you omitted your DiscordID from both applications.
