Not really a TF2 server but a discord server, I am an admin for a discord server and I have been said by the owner that I am one of the reasons the server isnt dead

Just a roleplay server called "Devie/devo's RP server', It being a roleplay server probably means i shouldnt really have wasted my time putting on here as tf2 is way different, but it does prove I have experience on being an admin..

On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
I do sometimes play on the Dodgeball servers, but I would really only like to moderate the Jailbreak Servers

Why would you like to become a moderator?
Because I've had my fair share of admins not showing up when someone uses !calladmin, and when they usually do show up they wont really do much, I've seen so many rulebreakers that ruin the game and I want to put a stop to them, I am aware that !calladmin doesnt instantly make admins join and I should have thought about that during the making of my application, But I have seen cases where !calladmin didnt work.
Another reason I would like to be moderator is because of how common I see people breaking the rules and how easy it is for them when it comes to getting away with it.

Weekly and sometimes daily, rarely I take breaks

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
(Im quite confused on what this part means, so I tried my best with it.)
General Server rules
1. I would most likely warn whoever is saying something rude(Insults, hatespeech, etc..) if it's the first time I witness that person breaking the rule, if the problem persists, I would mute/gag that person for a small duration of time, atleast an hour depending on how severe the situation is.
2. Most likely I would do the same thing I did with the first rule with text spam and mic spam but with 3 warnings, as I get that sometimes mic spam can be funny, but still it is against the rules.
3. The same thing with micspam/text spam as I get that not everyone can afford microphones, but its best to be silent than to use a microphone that is very loud and/or inaudible
4. I would warn anyone who has displayed Innapropriate(NSFW, Gore, Racist, ETC..) content, if the problem persists, then I would ban the rulebreaker for 1 hour.
5. I would most likely temp ban anybody who is hacking/cheating for around a day, as a warning wouldnt really do much.
6. Exploiting by using glitches in the game would result in being warned, and kicking them from the game if they continue.
7. Advertising hacks/cheats would result in a 1 day temp ban, as advertising hacks is just as bad as using hacks.
8. False calls would result in a warning, if the same person continues to falsely use !calladmin, I would temp ban them for an hour.
9. I would warn anyone who is trying to grief the game, and them continuing to break that rule would result in being kicked from the server
Jailbreak
1. Talking over a warden multiple times would result in being warned, if they continue after being warned 3 times not to, they would be Guardbanned and muted for an hour.
2. Impersonation of warden would have the same consequences as talking over warden
3. Armoury camping would result in warnings, after 3 warnings the user will be guard banned for an hour (I see Camping as staying in armoury for over 30 seconds with no reason)
4. Anyone baiting will be warned, anybody still baiting after being warned 3 times will recieve a 10min guardban
5. Anybody who is ghosting will be warned once, after that would result in a 1 hour gag and mute
6. Setting down sticky traps will result in being warned once, if they ignore the warning, the user will be killed, if the user continues after that they will be guardbanned for a day.
7. When doing a mic check, Anyone disrupting the mic check will be warned, continuing to disrupt will result in a mute until the mic-check is over with
RED TEAM rules
1. Camping in unreachable areas will result in that user being warned once, after that they would be killed
2. Not being afk frozen while asking for a repeat will result in telling the user they have to stay afk frozen when asking for a repeat
3. Cheating will result in a warning, ignoring the warning will result in being killed.
4. Not following Custom LR guidelines and Custom LR restrictions will result in telling BLUs that the LR is against the rules and should be ignored.
BLU TEAM rules
1. Any BLUs who are using a muffled/loud mic will be asked to fix/lower their mic in settings, failure to do so will result in the user being asked to leave BLU until they have a clear microphone, failure to do so will result in a 1 week guard ban
Any BLUs who have no mic will be asked to leave BLU until they have a clear microphone, failure to do so will result in a 1 week guard ban
2. Anyone who is not willing to be warden will be asked to leave BLU team until they are ready to be warden, ignoring the warning will result in a 1 day guardban
3. 1st time Free-killing will result in a warning, 2nd time Free-killing will result in a more obvious warning, 3rd time Free-killing will result in a 1 day Guard ban
4. Killing freedays will have the same consequences as Free-killing
5. Free-hitting will have the same consequences as Free-killing, Warden will be made aware that REDs are entitled to go to medic
6. Camping in secret areas will result in a warning, after one warning the BLU will be killed. Continuing to break this rule will result in a 1 hour guardban
7. BLUs that are disguised will be told to take off the disguise, ignoring the warning will result in the BLU being killed
8. BLUs leaving the Warden without permission to chase will result in those BLUs being told to return, ignoring the warning will result in being killed
9. BLUs taking a RED's word to kill another RED will result in being warned not to believe a RED's word, If the BLU still continues to use the RED's word as an excuse will result the BLU being guardbanned for 30mins
10. If the last BLU wont go with the LGKA process, the BLU will be told that its LGKA, failure to start killing REDs will result in the BLU being killed
11. Favoring a RED will result in that BLU being warned, continuing to Favor a RED will result in a 30min guardban
12. Going into unreachable areas to delay the round will result in that delaying BLU being warned to leave that area, ignoring the warning will result in that BLU being killed
WARDEN rules
1. Ordering BLUs to free-kill a RED will result in the warden being warned, continuing to give Kill orders will result in the warden being guardbanned for a day
2. Illegal FF will result in a warning, Ignoring the warning will result in the warden being guardbanned for 1 hour
3. Trick orders will result in the entire BLU team being told that trick orders arent allowed, If the warden kills anyone because of the trick order after the warning, the warden will be killed, continuing will result in the same warden being guardbanned for 1 hour
4. Pardoning reds will have the same consequences as trick orders
5. Warden killing reds because of the reason "I didnt say ___ day isnt over" will result in the warden being warned, continuing will result in the warden being guardbanned for 1 hour
6. Conflicting orders will result in the warden being warned, if the warden continues then the warden will be guardbanned for 30 mins
7. Wardens choosing the same minigame 3 rounds in a row will result in a warning, If the warning is ignored then the warden is killed, if the problem persists then the warden is guardbanned for an hour
8. failing to repeat orders will result in a warning, ignoring the warning and not giving repeats will result in the warden being killed.
9. Renaming reds will result in the warden being warned, continuing to break this rule will result in the warden being guard banned for 30 minutes
10. warden hogging will result in a warning, ignoring the warning will result in the warden hogger being guardbanned for 1 hour
11. Warden lying will result in the warden being warned, continuing to lie as warden will result in a 30 min guardban
12. chaining special days will result in the warden being warned, ignoring the warning will result in a 1 hour guardban

I think I had my donor perms removed for abuse about a year ago, but I have changed my ways from that and realize that I was very stupid back then.

depending on the rule that is broken, I would usually do a Mute or Gag or a GuardBan, maybe kicking them from the server is good too, Rarely would i ban someone unless they break a major rule.

This section is for you to show us that you know the rules and the proper punishments for the different offenses. So far you've given us a list of potential punishments, but haven't elaborated on the reasons for them or how long they'd last. What is a major rule? How can we know that you can identify a rulebreaker? Because of the nature of the gamemode, Jailbreak has an extensive list of actions that warrant punishments, and we want to see if you know what those are. Beyond just Jailbreak, we have rules that are applicable to all of our servers, so we want to see those too. This section needs the most work, and you are free to edit it to include any missing information.

Why would you like to become a moderator?

Our calladmin command does not guarantee a response despite our efforts to claim what we can. However, our Discord server offers alternatives that are much more likely to get a response: Pinging staff in our requesthelp channel is one way to get our attention, and our new ticket system is a way for us to handle reports, even if it isn't always timely. I want to encourage you to utilize these in order to familiarize yourself with the rules and how they're punished; It would benefit you and your application.

Both here and within your chatlogs I have seen you voice your complaints about the staff. I want you to realize that the staff members who handle the gamemode you're applying for are the people you'll be cooperating with. They're also relatively active even if they don't answer calladmins immediately. Additionally, if you believe that our staff members are abusing their permissions, you are more than welcome to report them

I was not in the Discord server since I didnt know that was a requirement, I should be in there now, sorry about that.

While reading your reply about my submission, I realized that I do have to work with the staff members and start to know how hard it probably is to be an admin of a tf2 server.

I have added much more information to the punishments section, it should be good now, please tell me if there is something i should add.
