Closed Vaccinator idea for szf

We should make the Vacc do diffrent types of buffs for diffrent type of ubers like
1. fire=minicrits
2. explosive=battalions buff
3. bullet=conch speed boost + crit res(not dmg though)

Most weapons will stay with vanilla stats. They should not be always better at something that others cannot do. Explore the map and find the better medigun or survive with what you found and make use of it.
