I would like to help the community, because most of the time when I go on the server and someone breaks a rule they either, 1. disconnect right after they break it or, 2. they vote dodge when a donor tries to help and I would like to help stop that because it's not fun when someone freekills and/or rages in voice or text chat when they die.
