Update some rtd's

Some rtd's like infinite ammo tend to last less than 9 seconds, barely enough to get anything in at the time especially during vsh on JB.
Its kinda strange, powerplay lasts like 30 seconds while having infinite ammo is a third of that. Why not extend the timer for a couple rtd's?

1. Godmode
Invulnerability for any incoming damage.
Lasts 10 seconds

(Should last about 15 imo, but also busted for hale. Undecided )

2. Toxic
Anyone in your melee range will receive damage.
Lasts 8 seconds.

(Too short, and not very useful, honestly 20 seconds)

3. Vital
Your max health raises by 300 from any class.
Lasts 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds health will slowly start going down to normal.

(Fine as is imo)

4. Lucky sandwich
Receive health of 1100 for any class.
Will slowly go down when activated back to normal.

(Fine as is )

5. Increased speed
Your speed is increased massively.
Lasts 20 seconds.

( Doesn't really benefit hale iirc, though is probably fine as is)

6. Flying
Fly anywhere on the map.
Lasts 8 seconds.

( I don't think i've ever seen this rtd before??)

7. Low gravity
Low gravity. Pretty much it
Lasts 20 seconds.

( Too long imo, basically a negative for any class since Hale can pretty much jump and hit you like he's practicing clay shots but with his fists. How is this a positive??)

8. PowerPlay
Uber/Kritzkrieg/Vaccinator effects on you.
Lasts 10 seconds.

( Busted for hale, meaning 0 knock back, etc. I don't think Powerplay lasts as long as described here, might need some updating for the reference list in the future as iv'e seen it last for 25 seconds iirc )


9. Invisibility
Become invisible for the enemy team with any class.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( Imo, 20-25 is cool )

10. Infinite cloak (Spy only)
Spy receives infinite cloak.
Lasts 10 seconds.

( Kinda redundant if the spy is using cloak and dagger, though maybe 20 seconds is cool for the dead ringer? )

11. Criticals
Constant crits.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( Fine as is maybe, an extra 5 seconds could be cool )

12. Team Criticals
Constant crits and for teammates near you.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( Fine as is maybe, an extra 5 seconds could be cool )

13. Extra ammo
Receive a lot of ammo.
Going to a resupply locker will reset your ammo back to normal.

( A cool rtd, but the resupply locker is a detriment )

14. Infinite ammo
Have infinite ammo and no need to reload.
Lasts 10 seconds.

( Should last 25 seconds imo )

15. Scary bullets
Any damage you do to a enemy he will get scared and can't use his weapon for a few seconds. (Can move)
Lasts 20 seconds.

( Fine as is )

16. Spawn sentry
Point at a spot and call for Medic (e) and spawn a sentry (Will be level 2 sentry)
You have 20 seconds to spawn a sentry.

( A level 3 wouldn't hurt )

17. Homing projectiles
Rockets/arrows/flares shot will find the nearest enemy and do damage to him.
Lasts 10 seconds.

( Should probably be 15-20, i'm asking for longer timing specifically for JB vsh LR's )

18. Full rifle charge (Sniper only)
Sniper rifle and bow will charge up instantly.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( Fine? I guess? )

19. Dispenser pop-up
Point at a spot and call for medic (e) 2 times and it will spawn 2 dispensers (Level 3 dispensers)
You have 20 seconds to spawn them.

( Its one level 2 dispenser iirc )

20. Infinite double jump (Scout only)
You can jump infinite amount of times in the air as a scout.
Lasts 20 seconds.

( Fine as is, annoyingly enough but not bad for a skilled hale )

21. Tiny mann
You have been shrunk. Sentries will still see you and can kill you.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( 25 imo )

22. Fast hands
Increased attacking/reloading speed with any weapon.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( 25 imo )

23. Deadly voice
Use this by shouting medic (e) and do damage to any nearby enemy.
Lasts 10 seconds.

( 30, you're risking your own life lmao )

24. Powerful hits
Deal more damage with weapons.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( Same as before, you're risking your own life. Hale can still 1-2 tap you as is )

25. Fire breath
Shoot fire by shouting medic (e) and shoot fireballs at enemies.
Lasts 10 seconds.

( Should probably be 20 )

26. Explosive arrows (Sniper only)
Explosive arrows will explode when it hits surface. Also when it hits enemies.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( Don't think I've ever seen this rtd before?? )

27. Extra throwables (Scout only)
Get 10 balls for your sandman.
Also Flying guillotine has 9 cleavers.

( 13 balls, 11 cleavers, its not like Jeerry20028 will land all of them )

and not every single RTD there is but it's fine.

There are some that I agree should last longer maybe like:

Yet again, RTDs are NOT ONLY on VSH Servers, they exist also on some server that count as DM(Deathmatch) Servers so it would be annoying for people such as myself to have them extended there.

I would like to also add that:

I am pretty sure this doesn't exist. This might have been NoClip before it was removed.

You will also be able to get this RTD on Crusader's Crossbow medic, it is really overpowered.

I have a few concerns with the changes to positive effects:
1. Godmode

10 seconds being completely untouchable is a very strong rtd and as you said it is very good as Hale.
7. Low gravity
Low gravity. Pretty much it

It's a positive as you can get to places you wouldn't normally be able to get to, you can gain speed by strafing, and it can be useful for evading Hale on maps like skyhigh where you can just fly away. It could be lowered but I don't think it makes much of a difference to gameplay.
9. Invisibility
Become invisible for the enemy team with any class.
Lasts 15 seconds.

( Imo, 20-25 is cool )

21. Tiny mann

Lasts 15 seconds.

Both of these just make you a lot harder to see which is quite strong especially as trolldier, spy, or Hale.
11. Criticals

All of these rtds are very overpowered just making you do way more damage.

This makes some weapons extremely strong.

Very strong as sniper.

It can one shot almost any class making it overpowered as Hale plus it does good damage anyway as a red.

Basically my point is that RTD is unbalanced in favour of people who use it so why buff the positive effects?

I think they are fine right now and don´t need major changes.
