Completed Update RTD to version 2.5.2 and set the configs in the plugin to use the legacy versions of the effects that were reworked

Hey all, version 2.5.2 is out for RTD, which allows for numerous fixes and has implemented a feature where configs can be changed to bring back the legacy version of the perks that were reworked, while keeping all of the new ones. Due to this, I would like this updated version of RTD added to Blackwonder and the configs set to use the legacy version of the perks. The instructions on what to set these configs to are listed in the 2.5.0 release notes.

Oh yeah, this was done long ago. Where we could, we used legacy. I also added some custom patches to try and make some non-legacy effects as close to the original as possible.
