Resolved Unplayable Ping Upon Entering Server?

I know for a fact this has nothing to do with my connection. I get excellent ping everywhere but when I join a blackwonder server, it skyrockets to 900 making me teleport everywhere and not be able to play at all. Any solutions? It subsides on it's own after about 15 minutes.
