On any US server I've played on within about the last month, I've been getting stutters seeming to originate from the server that last anywhere from 5-15 seconds. It's gotten worse over time, started out annoying and is now unplayable as it happens every ~45 seconds. It only happens on Blackwonder US servers.

Lag on US hale servers
Ping is sky rocketing for me and a lot of other US players but its only on the US hale servers. NY works fine and so does other game modes. Please fix this issue its un-playable! Many of these players say they are from US as well.
Stuttering problems on BlackWonder Server
lately ive been getting stuttering problems with only Blackwonder servers and its not fps or ping lag i just stutter but i can hear people in vc but everything else freezes for a few seconds and it happens every like 45 seconds and it makes it unplayable is there a fix for this?
