at around 174000 ticks you said that "There was someone in the pool", Zé do Pão confirmed this when he came to see, killing the rebel.
Theres no such thing as "he was delaying" since there was still non-rebel reds playing minigames to get lr. You shouldn't be saying anyone's location while dead if they are not actively hiding in order to delay the round
