No, let me explain. Advertising is fine (expect hacks) unless it becomes / is spam, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
The point is that people who talk about other servers in a normal manner or even share an ip because they want to play together somewhere else won't get punished.

Though, yes, the sound shouldn’t have been muted and demos would’ve been more helpful. However, I don’t see why his name would be “I will freekill all the bitches.” Also, there would be no real reason to kill so many reds multiple times.
