Answered Turning on ff without a countdown

I've been wondering if you can turn on ff without a countdown in jailbreak. I've heard some admins say you can turn on ff with/without a countdown, then theres some admins saying you MUST do a countdown before you turn on ff.

You must give ample warning before turning on FF.
You can do a countdown if you want to, but it's not required.
