Jailbreak server, was on 6/11 ranks, it was in 2018 sep to 2019 mar, Bestgames.ru(name of server don't kill me)
Now this server isn't hosting, sad.
On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
Deathrun #2, on the first one I have big ping.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
Other moderators is rarely on server, actually bought a vip to help other players with troubles, like an bug when player in team and alive, but not on the map.

How often do you play TF2?
Not everyday, but every 1-2 days I'm playing on blackwonder servers.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Well, use standart options to resolve the trouble, toxic peoples gonna be muted, bugs will be fixed if mod could do that, something like that.
