Resolved Trade Problem (Lost my credits)

So on March 10th yesterday, I made a trade offer to the storebot for 1 reclaimed metal. However, the bot declined the trade request but I lost my credits as well. There was another thread with a similar problem(https://blackwonder.tf/threads/storebot-is-broken-af.10834/) but there weren't any instructions on how to resolve the issue.

If anyone can help, I will appreciate it!
