A bunch of months ago I was micspamming on the deathrun server some random songs, and so an admin muted me permanently after i was trying to constantly micspam.
I was being a troll and I have learned my lesson, and I should not have mic spammed, as it was my fault for excessively using my mic to spam, right now I plan on actually talking with my voice and being a warden on the jailbreak server and give out proper orders to all prisoners.

I can only assume this is some of the material that could have been said on mic instead of typed. You JUST came back to the servers, you didn't know you were muted and you proceeded to behave like this in your chatlogs.

I have rewatched my recorded demo of the incident. I will also attach it for everyone to see.

Evidence2017-08-27_12-45-31:

I do not consider everything else to be important for this case.

As one can see from the demo, I have given you plenty of warnings if you were to continue. But since you ignored my warnings, I gave you a permanent mute.

But I also said in the second demo that this is not a "permanent" mute. It is appealable.

If nothing else would have happened, I would have lifted the mute of you.

But it takes one look at your chatlogs

is not true. Because if it were, you would not show that kind of behavior shown in the chat.

And yet, I will give you a second chance. But not without a compromise.

How about this:

I will unmute you. But the next time someone catches you not using your mic in the way meant for the gamemode (micspam), the mute will be unappealable.

I will also give you a 2 week gag for your behavior shown in the chat. From there, it will stack normally (1 month, 3 months, permanent).

Does that sound acceptable to you?
