Why should we revoke your punishment?

I have not used an aimbot on this server (or any server for that matter).
Note: The demo Kerknor linked in the ban as evidence does not appear to exist. If he or any other staff members have the evidence, can he/she please link it?
I cannot make a counterargument without it.

I also have client-side demos which span the entirety of my time on this server. I will give any (or all) on request.

Finally, please give relevant timestamps in any evidence used against me (i.e demo tick number & demo file name). Thanks in advance.

Apparently Source-bans is having some issues with holding demos for everyone at the moment. We will see what can be done.

Hello The Urban Assassin or (Spottedleaf) if you prefer. We do apologize for the delay. With it being New Years Weekend, time was limited for everyone and also it seems some were having issues with being able to review demos supplied by Staff on SB. A drop-box link of the demo itself will be supplied on this reply along with some ticks.

Just to clarify a few things as well, understand that we cannot take your demos as "Hard" evidence to your play-style. It is not relevant to the ban as we need to come to our own conclusions based on the evidence collected. To be perfectly honest, any evidence you provide from your client side is not usable considering you are the "guilty party".

The appeal process isn't a court case. If it was done that way, anyone we caught hacking would have to be handled differently prior to any ban. It is not a platform for you to defend yourself from an accusation or to issue a counterargument, it is simply a request a punished player makes for their punishment to be reviewed and verified by the staff based on evidence collected that supported the punishment.
