Resolved the !tradebot dont give my items

hello my problem is that when i do the command !storebot it doesnt work,i have enough points to buy a ref metal but when i do the trade he cancels its
0/10

Make sure you have enough credits and don't have a trade hold active. The credits updates when you log into the server.
for me though, the bot only accepts the trade if only one metal type is included, so give that a try too.

Also if you're a F2P the bot will automatically decline the trade

A key is over 200000 points, that is why only metal gets accepted.

i am p2p and i have enough credits and only i select 1 refined metal

You might need to contact Bene about this, as he has the tradebot logs.

Also it's not points, it's credits, type /credits to see how many credits you have

Hello i recentrly bought 5 ref my crédits were gone but it said item not available si the bot didnt accept and i Lost those crédits how can i get them back
