The storebot is declining my offer even when i have enough credits

There was an issue with the bot and Benedevil fixed it. Resend the offer to the bot and tell me if it works.

Hello,
seems like storebot is working for most users. Do you perhaps have a trade hold? Storebot will decline any escrow trades for security reasons
