The jailbreak Jb_opst_hq_v4 is glitched and it gives you a "bad incline model"

I was playing on the jailbreak server and we switched to another map which was opst hq and when I got in my game crashed and gave me this error. Im not sure if other people are suffering from it but If someone could somehow contact the creator of the map and tell him about this or help me out that would be super cool,
