Declined The infinite armor piercing on UberUpgrades

There are players on Uber Upgrades that have over 10000%++++++++++++ armor piercing...
Pls tell me steps to do that
(if u tell me that is donating... "plays R.I.P.")

It's a bug. If it was a perk you had to donate to obtain I would vomit, since it allows players to be almost completely invulnerable.
