How?
Most cheats modify the IN_ATTACK2 flag in UserCMD to airblast when the rocket is in range, this is a 1 tick input, whilst for a human you expect the airblast input to not be 1 tick, for me this was around 10 ticks with 66 cl_cmdrate.
