Resolved TF2 dr can't move

Recently there has been a glitch where a player can't move in dr here is the proof:

Hmm never see that before. But it did show that problem on jailbreak, rare, but I just do jump and crouch same time then it fixed by self.

Crouch jump. If that doesn't work try typing "-duck" into console.

i tried it its not tf2 glitch its from ur server i went on a surf server it worked when i came back still stuck
also happened to 3 people
