I was kicked a few days ago for having a high ping for too long. I was using some bad wifi at the time instead of what I usual connection. But now I'm unable to connect to the server, it just says connection failed after 4 retries but im able to join any other server easily. Am I banned? And If so can I get It appealed since I have better connection now

It started letting me connect again, but the IP was 85.117.240.9:27110. It's the first time it's happened so I'm not sure if it'll happen again.

If you were banned, you would get a message prompt iirc.
Try doing a tracert to the server.
