and probly you Guys Gonna say "WHAT ABOUT SPAM!" Well What About We just Put an Delay When You can tts again i Think an Delay of 4.5 sec so to Advoid Spam Example: /tts Alex is posh, Something Like That comment Down What You Think.

There isn't a reason for text-to-speech and the chances of it being spammed (like /sounds) is a very likely possibility even with the delay.

Due to the lack of use of this suggestion and the issues it may cause, and what people have said above, I will be declining the suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestion though, if you have anymore ideas, don't be afraid to create another suggestion for them.
