Please readd szf_legoplaza_alpha4

SZF needs more survival maps and I dunno why this one was taken out when stuff like Not Mako was still allowed to exist.

szf_legoplaza_alpha4 is the smallest map ever, causing huge lags for players and nobody enjoyed this map.
