Why would you like to become a moderator?
I'd like to become a moderator because I noticed a distinct lack of respect for the rules and other players on the servers that I am most seen on. I am fairly popular on these servers and I figured if the rules were coming from a respected figure then they might be followed more commonly by veterans of the server and players alike.

How often do you play TF2?
I try to be online as much as possible, but due to family commitments and school, I can only be online at certain times. A schedule has been made in the "Other Information" box so people will know when I am available. until the schedule is in effect I should be available everyday from 11am - 10pm other than Friday and Thursday

There aren't any recently noticeable chat logs that were very bad. Here and there, there would be a good bit of cursing but rarely any of it was pointed toward other players.

We dont ban players for Undercover admins, you can mute/gag the players.

Non-English speaking = 3 Warning(s) > Kick > 1d-ban > 2d-ban > 1w-ban > 2w-ban > Perma-ban

Same to this. you don't need to ban him just mute instead.

Hello,

What do you consider Body blocking and Rocket delay, can you give us more informations

I consider Rocket delay orbiting for long periods of time and body blocking is when a teammate or enemy uses their hitbox to get you killed. So for example the enemy stands next to you to restrict movement or when an ally stands inside your character so that if you try to orbit, they get hit by the rocket and both players are killed. Sorry for not elaborating!
I also changed the punishments to be a little more appropriate

Advertising Cheats/Hacks = 1 Warning > 1w-mute/gag > 2w-mute/gag > Permanent mute/gag

This is an immediate perma silence, a ladder isn't necessary here.

Non-English speaking = 3 Warning(s) > Kick > 1d-mute/gag > 2d-mute/gag > 1w-mute/gag > 2w-mute/gag > Permanent mute/gag

Only mutes are needed here, people are permitted to use other languages in text chat.

Admin Impersonation = 2 Warning > 1d-mute/gag > 2d-mute/gag > 5d-mute/gag > 1w-mute/gag > Permanent mute/gag

This is acceptable to ban people for.
You don't appear to have any punishments on record and your ladders look decent otherwise.
