There's a reason valve caps the minimum value at 0.015625. It's because non interpolated data makes the other players animations seem jittery and jerky. Forcing it to 0.0098 is a bad idea and will cause more legit players to miss shots than hit them.

Seems like a poor idea due to it removing the defining feature of a banner and it only benefitting yourself instead of others.

This has nothing to do with the game mode. This is just when they have 100+ ping you would see this in casual or any other game mode.

In what server do you usually play VSH? , for me hale is good , Its as Yuuki say , +lag +range , If you reduce Saxton range , depend of what kind of maps , Saxton hale have less opportunities of win a round.

I don't think we can change that, unless we become the best internet connection providers in the world so that everyone would have a low ping.
