Only has 3 keys in it´s inventory and no metal. Will it be refilled ?

It will be refilled once someone refills it.
If you check the comments, I have been doing so for the past week or something... It becomes empty within 2 days...
Not gonna waste my own money on that all the time.
Wait until someone else is nice enough to refill or wait until @Benedevil refills it.
