Resolved Storebot not accepting my trade offer

I have tried to trade my credits for refines but when I send a trade offer it says that I'm unable to trade.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

Yes I have steam guard enabled and I have been a premium player since 2019

Also happened to me, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have no idea what's wrong with this bot. But from what I can tell, this problem is not from the user's side. More people are getting this problem, and it's definitely a problem with the bot it self.

Benedevil will have to look into this,

for now the only solution is to wait until it does work. Also when the bot gives you that error, it does not cancel or decline the trade offer, so feel free to keep it open. The bot will eventually accept the trade offer.
