Resolved Storebot metal for points small problem

So i want to be a donor via points but i don't have enough, so i wanted to use the storebot to give me the points i needed by trading some refined to the bot, i have sent the trade offer but still it hasn't been confirmed by the bot, ¿what can i do here? thank you for your attention
