Resolved StoreBot Declining My Trades!

When I Type !credits It Says I Have 1243 Credits and It Also Says I Can Buy 0.11 ref ! But The BOT Declines IT! Please Fix THIS!

The bot declines the trade for multiple reasons.
1. Are you a F2P?
2. Do you got a trade hold?
3. Make sure you got enough credits for what you want to purchase.
