I am currently gagged and muted for 2 weeks for micspam & toxicity. This report was made by bobsr8t because I told him "you can suck my fucking dick" after he insulted my microphone quality.
In Bobs discord report, he said in his context why I wrote that mean message, "he turned his mic to 1000% and i said imma report him if he doesnt stop." 1. Bob never told me why he was going to report me, 2. No one in the server complained my mic was loud. I couldn't do anything but see his threat as an insult because he was unable to elaborate on why he was going to report me.
--For the rest of my appeal I'm gonna bring attention to some of the mods comment on my last appeal--

My past gags and mutes had nothing to do with my current one, please keep appeals relevant, also for earrape micspam, I was warden and no one complained about my mic being loud. If your standard for "toxicity" are so low, that I cant tell someone to fuck off, then I don't know how BlackWonder JB is still alive.

I feel I was fully in my right to tell Bobsr8t to fuck off because he failed to state why he was going to report me thus leading to me thinking that he was insulting my microphone quality. Also where in my appeal did I say I "never micspam before"? People in this community have the tools to look at my past gags and mutes so it's completely silly for you to make this bold assumption.
