Why would you like to become a moderator?
because on the server i play on there is alot of cheaters and racist people and the moderators are not on most of the time, and since i play on this server with my friends i wanted to make it a better place.

How often do you play TF2?
everyday unless i go somewhere with friends/family and the playtime will be probably less because of school
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
the way of punishing players really depends on what they did, for example:
-If someone would start mic spamming i would warn them, if they would still continue to i would mute them for short period of time if they still would continue to do it i will have to mute them pernamently,
-if someone would say something offensive to someone on chat, first i would warn them and if they continue to do so i will have to gag them,
- if someone would say that there is a cheater on the server first i would have to get some proof from the person that said that someone is cheating or get some proof on my own by spectating or any other way that would prove it, if i would get some proof on my own or by someone else i will ban the person that was cheating.
-If someone will have nsfw sprays then i would warn them to change the spray and if the person wont i will have to sprayban them,
