Why should we revoke your punishment?
Whilst I do not expressly deny that I was being somewhat loud on my microphone, even though I was banned with only one warning, I feel as though the length of the punishment delivered is excessive and not fitting to the actions that I have taken. I understand also that there is a level of history between myself and Y3p, and that in this instance, he is unable to act objectively and without prejudice. 3 weeks is overly excessive and beyond what a resonable person would deem appropriate. I apologise taht I am unable to bring forward substantial evidence, particularly about the number of warnings received.

I have had to mute you multiple times for being racist/toxic and after each mute, the mute is supposed to be longer, so i do feel my punishment was appropriate. Also, i did warn you many times and i believe i was very lenient. Before you appealed, you were very toxic in chat and kept insulting me which is in your chat logs. You keep spamming binds such as #SUSPENDY3P and insulting my age by saying things like "year 8 gang" and Y3p is 14. You also said in your chat logs to prove you were being toxic "Y3p you little shit you and I both know this isnt going to stand " and "fucking y3p". As for the reasons listed above, i believe you should not get un-muted. However, that is up to an admin and not me since i am the person who punished you.

Also, you are not gagged or banned as you said, you are muted.

So you admit to breaking rules, being warned, continuing to break rules intentionally and say a punishment is unfair? AND you're logged as repeatedly being a racist troll. AND you were muted for a week last time and STILL continued to break rules but think a longer punishment is unfair? You should fix your behavior and just not get punished anymore so there's nothing for anyone to complain about.
