Why should we revoke your punishment?
Well, first of all, I'm soviet.

Ricky has banned me for Doxxing, Manipulation, and Harassment. Let's examine these claims one by one.

Doxxing? Who and how? My last activity on the server was on "12/03/2024", and I didn't reveal any personal information about another person or dox someone. I may have been a bit hard;toxic in his criticism of other players, which could warrant a temporary mute or warning, but nothing happened .

Viking34 said "The above screenshot is from a BLW server, where it breaks the server's rules and basic human decency." that any incident occurred on a BLW server, and if that's the case, then it would justify the ban. However, I did not leak or say anything about another individual. The server's chat logs and player statistics (U:1:1053223251 or https://tfstats.tf/players/654978) can be reviewed to verify this.

As for Manipulation, I don't understand how I could have manipulated someone, and if it did happen, I'm confident it had nothing to do with any BLW servers.

Regarding Harassment, I may have been toxic towards other players, but I never harassed anyone or engaged in behavior that would warrant such a serious punishment.

There is, however, enough evidence to reasonably tie your account to one that was caught cheating on BLW in the past, and I trust the dodgeball staff's judgement in that it's too risky to let you back onto the servers.

i dont know how it can possibly be too risky, as i post all of my gameplay on YT, i participate in tournaments, but whatever, who cares

the question is how can Revo be banned for a reason that is a lesser extent of mine, whilst here you say yourself there is not enough (theres none) evidence to prove any doxxing happened, you conveniently forget to mention that fact in revo's ban appeal


"If someone reports you for sharing their details but it isn't theirs at all, it should be easy to prove where it is actually sourced from, and that it is undisputably innocent. This burden lies with you, and not the potential victim." -> so basically, what happens if the image is indexed by google? or what if it is not indexed by google and i just choose to claim that an image impossible to scour is me? how can you just believe that, ban FIRST and THEN ask for proof that something is otherwise? it makes no sense

regarding that, you also conveniently forgot to adress the fact doc 2u2 said that it IS NOT HER in the pictures, and only claimed IT IS afterwards, to get us banned -> this is all posted by Vrong in the original thread

i dont play your server, but since revo is an active player, you should probably reconsider how you treat your playerbase and you should perhaps take some steps to reduce the egotripping of your moderators(ricky)

These are both grounds for permanent bans. We have evidence against revo for their ban, and different evidence for yours.

It's a fun hypothetical, but a weird scenario to cling to as an excuse. I won't dignify you with a list of reasons why this didn't happen.

Thanks to reva's inadvertent admission that the images were used as retaliation, no further proof nor explanation is needed.
