Well, not sure if these are good suggestions how ever..
Number 1: Could it be possible to number tag each servers, seeing as there are a ton of servers on the list, it'd make things more easier for reporting players, bugs or suggestions for certain updates on a server.
For example: BlackWonder LA | [#1] Orange x3 | x10 Weapons
Number 2: In my opinion, I reckon the forums category and actual forums need to be redone, the current forums we have seem a tad limited, possibly why people may not post, I don't know just spitballing.

- News & Announcements
-- Not sure if Xenforo has thread prefixes or has plugins for it, but any updates on the servers can be posted with a thread prefix as example in the first suggestion.
- Report a bug
- Report a player
- Suggestions

Number 3: Sticky topics in certain areas, This is usually the first thing that gets created on new forum areas, such as the ones we have at the moment, Reports, Suggestions and Applications.
