Which servers have you previously managed?
I managed a small server that me and my friend made back in 2016. Aside from TF2, I've managed some decently sized discord servers with at most 300 people. From that experience of being an admin, it made me happy to see people come to me for help or most often that not, come to me for a chat. Many of the members thought I was very approachable and that made me happy. I was an admin on said server for about 4 months before the server owner abruptly ended the server without say why. For TF2 server wise, I am not too familiar with admin commands and would need the ABC of said commands.
On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
I usually spend most of my time on Jailbreak LA and that would also be the server I'd mainly like to moderate but I'm completely fine with moderating multiple servers.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I'd like to become a moderator because in my eyes it seems that some of the moderators lack proper emotion or just empathy towards other players. That's not saying that people shouldn't be too strict but at some point people will dislike a moderator to the point where they don't feel comfortable going to them for help. I want to be that moderator that people feel they can come talk to whether it's for a report or just to have a conversation. I'd also like to become moderator so I can confirm many times some current admins and moderators have abused their powers. I feel as if some of the moderators, 10k for example, will give harsh and strict rules, not letting anything slide. Yet he will still do things against his own rules that he will not acknowledge and will even deny at times. My main goal for becoming moderator is to help make this server better and more welcoming to new players, I want to make Blackwonder a better and more welcoming server.

I don't know many admins very well, I've only had minor interactions with some.
How often do you play TF2?
I play for a few hours every day, from about 12am to 4 or 5 pm PST.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
I am mainly on Jailbreak LA and if I happen to catch someone breaking a rule such as freekilling, I will decide if the player had broken the rule on purpose, if I come to the conclusion that it was accidental, I will give a strike/warning. If said rule were to be broken again, I would team ban. This is on the instance that possibly 1 or 2 people were killed but the guard slayed themself afterwards. If the guard does not slay themselves OR they killed the majority of the players, immediate action will be taken.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I hope to make myself more friendly and approachable to the staff and members of Blackwonder. I also know that I may have some punishments toward me at the moment but I don't want that to be the only thing holding me back from trying to make this server better for others.
