On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
The main server i play on are Jailbreak servers, Mainly Jailbreak AUS but i also play a bit on jailbreak US but i would not be moderating this server much if i became staff and i play other servers such as 2fort, x* servers. The main think i would like to moderate is jailbreak servers and a bit of the 2fort and x* severs.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I have decided to apply for moderator on blackwonder on the 24/02/2020 (<-- aest). I decided to apply for staff member because i think that the aus staff team on tf2 servers has not enough staff causing a lot of rule breakers, mfk's, freekills, exa. I think i should become a admin / moderator because as said before i think that aus servers are understaffed and could use more staff that can help enforce the rules stopping mfk's from being a frequent occurrence on jailbreak servers. I am well informed of the rules on jailbreak and other blackwonder tf2 servers and would be able to keep the server running without mfk's happening alot. I joined blackwonder about 2months ago on jailbreak. i was banned for freekilling breezie at the end of a round after he selected Lr as i did not know the rules and this was first when i joined the server and found out after it was not allowed and have only been banned once after that for illegal ff. At the time i did not mean to put ff on and was just a mistake and if looked in demo saved by console or video proof i said 'im turning cc on' and just happened to put !wff not !wcc. since then i have not been banned, muted or gaged or broken and rules and now i would like to apply for staff.
Do you know and have spoken to any of the current staff members? No

When are you usually available to play?
I normally play on weekends or holidays but sometimes i play on school days around 4-10PM and on weekends / holidays i can play about 10H a day if i dont have anything on (This is all in the AEST timezone)
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
The main server i would like to moderate is AUS Jailbreak and sometimes i would like to moderator the USA jailbreak server.
The following servers and times is what i would do as a punishment
General Rules
-Jailbreak
-Trade
-VSH
Mute: Can't use voice chat. +(can't join blue team on jailbreak servers)
Gag: Can't use written chat.
Silence: both mute and gag.
Spray ban: can't place sprays.
Teamban: Can't join blue team (On jailbreak servers).
Kick: forced to leave the server. (can join after being kicked without any problem)
Slay/smite/explode: kills a player.
ban: makes a player unable to join ANY blackwonder server. )
When I repeat punishment like ban24h < ban 24h I would keep doing that after each punishment

I started playing games on pc when i was about 7 and still play pc games all the time now (im 15). i have played lots of fps games and strategy games and only just moved back to tf2 as i stopped playing it at the end of 2015. on other games i have only been a staff member on a minecraft server with about 700 players a day however the server owner had to close it down due to it not making enough income. I bought donor twice now and as donor i have team banned mfk's and reported the main things on forums to get the player properly punished. I have never made a map on tf2 but i am a creative person and get A's in art classes for my creative ideas. I have also never lost my donor for abuse, never have a bad rep with another staff member, never been muted or gaged, always had a mic on blue as well. - No hacking/cheating - ban perm
