Your punishment ladder seems to be a word for word copy of a recently accepted application. There's no problem looking through accepted applications to get a sense of how general punishments should be issued, but copy pasting a whole ladder doesn't demonstrate that you know them at all.

If you would like to redo this section, please add how you would address the following:

-Fake freeruns
-Ghosting traps
-Delaying
-Abusing bhop
-Dcing as death
*If I remember correctly, there should be no 'spawncamping' in deathrun to begin with
