i do have a mic, and i dont know what i did for the "griefing" reason, i just joined the server so i didnt even kill anyone to count as freekilling, i have a bad computer so i prefer playing as blu then on the red team.

You kept opening cell doors as soon as the round would start and then would run off to explore the map. Don't lie and don't do that. Ask someone on discord to mic check you and they can remove the teamban.
